Standing committees carry the association's programme between board meetings. Every one of them is staffed by member operators.

Membership Committee
Reviews applications, maintains the member roster, and runs onboarding for new operators.

Technical Committee
Sets technical standards guidance, curates the training calendar, and advises on network build-out.

Regulatory Affairs Committee
Represents members before the NTC, Congress and other agencies on policy and licensing matters.

Events Committee
Produces the Philippine Tech Show and the regional technical trainings and workshops.

Content & Programming Committee
Negotiates with content providers and advises members on programming and carriage.

Finance Committee
Oversees the association's budget, dues structure and annual audit.
